今日は次男坊の Craft Fairがある日です。
主催者（笑）からのメールがなんだか可愛いのでご紹介します。
Dear.......
We are so excited you signed up to participate in the Craft Fair to be held at the Robbins Library this Saturday (December 5th)! I am writing to give you some details about how Saturday will run. As you know, the craft fair will run from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Set Up Information
Please arrive between 1:15 PM and 1:30 PM to set your artwork up.
We will be using the Children’s Area, not the community room, for the craft fair. Tables and chairs will be set up in the area near the computers and in the circular play area for you to set your stuff up on.
You will be given space at a table, you will definitely be sharing space with other people, so please be sure to respect other people’s art work.
Make sure your items are priced or that your prices are clear to prospective buyers.
The Actual Event
People who want to shop for artwork will first be directed to a table where they can purchase tickets which will be valued at .25 cents per ticket. They will use these tickets to buy your items. We will give each one of you an envelope to store your tickets in. At 4:00 PM (or when you are ready to leave) you will be able to cash in your tickets for money.
Clean Up
Please be sure to clean up your area! We appreciate your keeping the library as neat as possible.
If You Can’t Make It
We do have people on a waiting list, so please let us know as soon as possible if you think you won’t be able to attend the event. Even at the last minute, it won’t be too late to let us know if you are unable to join us.
